Event Details

2 Day Per Week Training held on Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday.  60-minute training. As important as speed is to any sport, agility is just as important. Agility training will create a more mobile and agile movement on the court. This will improve your ability to switch movement in directions rapidly with your acceleration (forward) deceleration (backward), lateral, and vertical motion. 
 
Continuous work in repetition will accelerate and progress your motor skills that will enhance and develop a change in speed, direction, and postural stability. 
 
Price: 8 Sessions for $199 or Drop in for $40
