At Ignite Volleyball, we are committed to developing the athlete from a physical, nutritional, emotional, and technical standpoint - in a positive, constructive and respectful manner. We are a club who cares just as much about our competitive national teams as we do our regional teams. Our club focuses on making it an engaging and enjoyable family experience.

We believe that the cornerstone of a successful club is the people behind it; therefore we have assembled a team of dedicated and accomplished volleyball coaches who are committed to developing successful and well-rounded athletes. We are a club that values positive and engaging coaching - NOT anger, mind-games and favorites. We push our athletes to compete, but not at the price of the love of the game. We strive to never be someone's last coach. We want our athletes to love this game for the rest of their lives.

Ignite is also dedicated to community service and giving back. Every season we volunteer at Feed My Starving Children, an amazing organization that delivers nutritionally complete meals specifically formulated for malnourished children all around the world. Each year that we grow, the more meals we pack, the bigger the impact!

This year we are hosting a charity volleyball tournament called Ignite The Cure. 100% of the proceeds will go towards American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge, a local facility at the Mayo Clinic that provides an amazing recovery program for those going through cancer treatments. This tournament is the first of it's kind in Arizona and shows the type of club that we're trying to be.

We believe in lifelong learning. Every year we take all of our coaches, including both Head and Assistant coaches, to one of the premier coaching clinics - Gold Medal Squared. It's staffed by current Men's and Women's USA volleyball Assistant coaches. Last year, Mike Wall (Assistant Coach - USA Men, Former Assistant Coach at ASU with Jason Watson) as well as one of the founders of GMS, Tom Melton led the program for 3 full days! Their program is amazing and continues to enrich all of our athletes with science-backed and proven methods and principles. It's the cornerstone of our program.

We're open, honest and transparent. We believe in engaging positively with parents who want to learn more about the game and support their child. Our practices are open. We're available to chat anytime, although we do enforce a cooling down period if there's an issue. Which just makes sense so we constructively discuss and move forward versus saying things we may not say otherwise. We are partners in your daughter's path to playing this game, either competitively with a desire to play in college, or as a way for them to grow up in a team sport learning life's lessons.

We hope you join us this season!
