Dear Parents, If your child didn’t make the high school or middle school volleyball team this year, don’t worry—there’s still a chance to turn things around with Ignite’s Vertical Power System Training Powered by our in-house Sports Performance Training Director, Robert Branch and Mind Body Performance! Our program is designed to give athletes the edge they need for the upcoming club season, focusing on enhancing their vertical jump, overall game performance and athleticism.
 
This is a Sports Performance training program – not volleyball skills training. Training will take place at Ignite Volleyball Club in our Weight Room.
 
Why Choose Our Vertical Power System Training?
  • Custom Training System: Specialized drills to maximize explosive power, agility, and jump technique.

Program Details:
  • Schedule: 3 days per week (90 min sessions) on Tuesday (4-5:30p), Thursday (4-5:30p), and Saturday (12-1:30p)

Prepare for club tryouts with our high-intensity speed, agility, and conditioning clinics. These sessions are designed to improve your quickness, endurance, and overall athletic performance on the court. Focused entirely on enhancing your physical readiness, you’ll build the stamina and agility needed to excel at the next level. Led by our in house Sport’s Performance Coach, Robert Branch, athletes will be separated by age and ability for a targeted training experience. No skills work—just pure conditioning to help you dominate tryouts and the season ahead!
